when there's nothing left to burn, you have to set yourself on fire.
you are now looking at the latest member of NTU's softball team. well oklah, not latest, definitely not member too actually cos I haven't gone for training yet. ok fine I just decided today that I will do something about my life as a hostelite and start doing some form of official sport instead of sitting around reading newspapers (yes that's what CS students do). squash is not considered a sport because when we play there were no rules, no proper footwear, no coach. no skills. but whatever I'll still be playing squash on Wednesday nights cos softball trainings are on Saturday mornings.
Justin can't call me Ah Tiong anymore. whatever that means.
anyway, just now for buka my friends and I had free pizza at the rooftop of SCI. I swear sometimes my school is so impressive, due to the fact that we have at least one party per semester with live band and free food. Nadia said we don't seem to be the sort to attend parties, and I guess that's true because we looked so square sitting obediently in front of the band waiting for them to start playing while the others were walking around mingling. sungguh tak cool, but it's okay. we were trying to conserve energy- we were fasting, and we were hungry.
fasting has been okay. my period started today so it's hello to bad cramps again. I can be such a bitch when I'm PMS-ing, it's really unfair to the people around me. but what to do. not my fault. apparently pressing your hands against your stomach doesn't help a single bit. neither does slouching. funnily enough, laughter seems to be the way to go lately. I'm not surprised. laughing can solve almost everything in my life it seems.
