warning- unrealistic enthusiasm ahead.
thanks to a very reliable friend I've come to know the students in my school do their registrations online. so now I have my own matriculation number, and I don't even know what that means! but it sounds important and undergraduate-ish so I'm just grinning madly right now. maybe we need that number for future lucky draws in NTU or something. 4D, anyone?
of course after registrations I had to visit SCI's website as well. to be honest I don't want to waste 3 years studying journalism, because you don't specifically need a journalism degree to write. that is, if I want to be a correspondent in the future. I thought of studying electronic and broadcast media because they focus on radio, television and media production, as well as broadcast journalism. but. I also want to study promotional communication because I can't stand local advertisements and something has to be done about that,
fast. not saying I think I'm good enough to be some hotshot advertising consultant or anything. *nervous laughter*
FUCKING HELL I AM SO! FREAKING! EXCITED!
can't you tell I'm actually just very indecisive? I am nothing but your average clueless, starry-eyed, eager freshman who's been blinded by the things her faculty has to offer. it's quite amusing really. I vaguely recall wanting to go nowhere but NUS FASS a few months ago, but tadaa I ended up wanting Comm Studies so much more. I don't know where this daring personality came from. but I quite like it, cos I think I'm gonna need alot of nerves to get through school come August.
hmm. with all the time that I have right now, though, I am just going to write and write til the cows, the goats and the monkey (aka the boyfriend) come home.
