because nothing makes me happier than having things to do.
okay. I sold out. I'm actually considering giving this job another chance, maybe staying around for a few more weeks. why? because the people make excellent colleagues, and I think if I wasn't planning on furthering my studies I'd be perfectly happy continuing this job for...ever.
ok maybe it won't be perfect (definitely not even for forever), but it'd be good enough. you don't get great working environments like mine. more so a superbly understanding boss and a built-in place for lunch- your house, which is just two bus stops away.
two bus stops away!
and I think I'm more willing to stay because recently I've been given more things to do. Life is so much more meaningful when I'm at my busiest, so you can guess I'm very contented right now.
can I go on about my wonderful Dream Colleagues? where else can you find people popping by your cubicle just to give fresh lychee and weird things like prawn crackers. Cik Jalil buys me drinks even when I never asked for them, and just that day Mdm Tan offered me potong ice-cream. POTONG ICE-CREAM! you can't get more generous than that.
well this doesn't mean I'm disregarding my need to completely devour everything that's on sale in stores. bloody hell no one can say no to a Great Singapore Sale. to kick off my shopping spree, I'm going out with Ah Hui tomorrow, just to make things official. hooray!
