my love.
I had a great weekend.
on Saturday I left work early to head down to JB for dinner with the Brady Bunch. it's fantastic the way we all get along so well. I left the place deciding my mother and sister like Rizan very much, because they were always laughing at everything he said and each time they do, they've got this look on their faces. I think they have a strange fascination towards him. [I on the other hand, have heard it all before so I was more likely to roll my eyes at Rizan, wondering why some jokes only get old with me.] I also realise Mum likes to tease my boyfriend very much, and we all thank his good-natured personality for taking it all so well. what a gentleman.
the Oldies took their car and went home after dinner. the kids, on the other hand, decided to head down to Mind Cafe at Boat Quay for some late-night fun. it's natural we didn't go clubbing, because my brother had his sisters around and Mum would simply kill him if she found out. she
will find out by the way, because my mother is that good.
I will never find another family like mine. there we were, all 6 of us- my brother and Tricia, Sis and Amri, Rizan and I- playing as if it was the 90s again. I fully appreciate my brother for being so cool, because being the oldest one I didn't think he'd wanna be caught dead with us after midnight. we ended the games at around 3am, where he drove all of us home, belting out old-school songs and causing me to laugh my ass off after that.
hopefully this family lasts as long as it should. the Brady Bunch may be crazy, but they're special and I love them. I do.
