something old, something new, something borrowed, something blue.
was given the opportunity to be a poly student for a day. =] see it's great to have connections. we looked like freshies I think [hello I was gaping at the walls in some building cos it was painted so beautifully and nearly yelped when Khairi said we had to walk to get to the other canteen since everything seemed too far to be called within walking-distance.] I suppose I wouldn't feel so bad if I were to study there. library got too cold so we moved to the concourse...but that was only after moving around for about 3 more times. met Fai! haha we were schoolmates again for a few hours what fun. oh and after a quick consideration I take it back when I said I wouldn't mind being in a poly. I don't think it'll ever be my thing.
had dinner then we walked around cos Al wanted to do some last minute shopping. I suggested we go to Mango since their sale started yesterday [if you consider now Friday.] so we were looking forward to finding new things to buy right but I'm so happy to say I think I found something much,
much better there. cos the moment we went up the escalator, when I turned my head to the left hoping to see something gorgeous I'd like to get my hands on, I immediately realised that the boy my eyes fell upon, dressed in that black polo tee with the curly hair and pimply cheeks, who was holding a Mango blouse [among other things. oh shush he's
working there.] looking all flustered and AT ME...was
The One.
[pauses just for effect.]
after that I made a point to stalk him around that pathetic closet of a shop that is Mango. Al didn't seem to want to take me seriously but that's probably since she has a boyfriend. Khairi will never understand cos he's a guy, although he
did offer to go up to The One and ask for his number. [he'll want you I promise!] I considered taking pictures of him with my handphone but I was afraid he would find out, since I'm obvious like that and lack the useful talent of being invisible. I wish I could take all of you with me back there so you'd feel the same way about him too. [by the way I've mentally called him Iskandar, although he does not look malay AT ALL. imaginary names don't have to be correct, correct?]
left the shopping centre looking so forlorn. I should've at least waved goodbye. anyway this entry was meant to be slightly humorous so please don't think I'm weird I honestly just wanted to have a bit of fun. =] I promise I'll invite you to our wedding though.
(off-key singing)
everyone wants something new.
